AI and data
How we use AI, and how we protect your data
We use secure, modern tools, including AI, under our team’s direct supervision. This page explains what AI does in an engagement, what people check and how your information is protected. Your information is never used to train anyone’s models.
Our approach
We tell you up front, in writing
Amanex is an AI-native operations and workforce team. That means AI is built into how we work, the same way spreadsheets are built into an accounting office. It lets a small senior team do careful work faster.
We disclose AI use plainly in every engagement letter. You’ll know which tools touch your work before we start, and we’re glad to walk your team through exactly how we handle your information.
The work
Where AI helps in an engagement
Analysis
Sorting records, finding patterns in timelines and comparing documents across many sources.
Drafting
First versions of process maps, procedures, reports and scorecards.
Checking
Tracing each figure back to its source and flagging anything that doesn’t match.
AI does not decide anything. It doesn’t choose your recommendation, talk to your staff or send anything on your behalf.
Human review
A person reviews every output before you see it
Every finding, figure and page we hand you is reviewed by a member of our team. Judgment calls, recommendations and anything that affects your people are made by people. If a number can’t be traced to a source, it doesn’t go in the report.
Your data
Your data stays inside your engagement
Never used to train models
Your information is never used to train anyone’s AI models.
Minimum collection
We ask only for the records the problem requires, and we tell you why we need each one.
No student data
In schools and colleges we work from operational records, never student records.
Stays inside the engagement
Your data is used for your work only. It is not shared with other clients or reused elsewhere.
Restricted access
Sensitive files are kept in restricted folders, available only to the people working on your engagement.
Measuring the work
Time studies with consent, and no surveillance
Sometimes the best way to see where time goes is to measure it. When we run a digital time study, participation starts with consent, staff know what’s measured and why, and results are reported in aggregate only.
We study the process, never the person. No one is ranked, scored or watched as an individual.
