Privacy policy

What we collect on this website, why, who helps us run it and the choices you have. Effective October 13, 2026.

The short version

We collect only what we need to reply to you and run the site

This privacy policy explains how The Amanex Group, LLC (“Amanex”, “we”, “us”) handles information collected through amanexgroup.com. In short:

  • We collect what you choose to send us (for example, through a form or a booked call) and basic information about how the site is used.
  • We use it to reply to you, run our business and improve the site.
  • We don’t sell your personal information.
  • Your information is never used to train anyone’s AI models.
  • You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information at edwine@amanexgroup.com.

This policy covers the website only. Client data we receive during an engagement is governed by the agreement we sign with that client.

Information

What we collect and where it comes from

Information you give us

When you fill out a form, subscribe to updates, book a call or email us, we collect what you provide. That’s usually your name, organization, role, email, phone number if you add it, and what you tell us about the problem you’re working on.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the site, our providers collect standard technical information, such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages you view, the site that referred you and the time of your visit.

Cookies and similar tools

We and our providers use cookies (small files stored by your browser) to keep the site working, remember your choices, and measure how the site is used. See “Cookies and analytics” below.

We don’t knowingly collect sensitive information through this site, such as health, financial account or government ID details. Please don’t send it through our forms.

Use

How we use your information

  • To reply to your message, schedule calls and follow up on your request.
  • To send updates you’ve asked for. You can unsubscribe any time using the link in each email.
  • To understand how the site is used and make it better.
  • To keep the site secure and prevent misuse.
  • To keep business records and meet legal obligations.

We may use secure, modern tools, including AI, under our team’s direct supervision to help draft replies or organize inquiries. Your information is never used to train anyone’s models.

Service providers

The providers that help us run the site

We share information only with providers that help us operate the site and our business, and only for that purpose. Today they include:

WordPress.com (Automattic)

Hosts this website and may collect technical and usage information. Its privacy policy is at https://automattic.com/privacy/.

HubSpot

Runs our forms, meeting booking, email updates, contact records and site analytics. Its privacy policy is at https://legal.hubspot.com/privacy-policy.

Google Workspace

Hosts our business email.

We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger, in which case this policy would continue to apply to it.

Cookies

Cookies and analytics

HubSpot sets cookies to track visits, recognize returning visitors and connect form submissions to the pages you viewed. WordPress.com may set cookies to run the site and collect basic statistics.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work, though some features, like remembering your form details, may not. Where the law requires it, we’ll ask for your consent before setting non-essential cookies through a cookie banner.

Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal. There’s no common standard for how sites respond, so we don’t currently change our practices based on it. Where required, we honor Global Privacy Control signals as an opt-out.

Retention and security

How long we keep it and how we protect it

We keep inquiry and contact records for as long as we need them to respond, maintain a business relationship or meet legal and accounting requirements, then delete or de-identify them.

We use reasonable safeguards, including access controls and reputable providers, to protect information. No website or system is perfectly secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, get a copy, correct it, delete it, or opt out of certain uses such as targeted advertising. You can ask at any time, wherever you live.

To make a request, email edwine@amanexgroup.com. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on it. We won’t treat you differently for using your rights.

Children

This site is for adults

This site is meant for professionals and organizations. It isn’t directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.

Updates

Changes to this policy and how to reach us

We may update this policy as our site or the law changes. We’ll post the new version here with a new effective date.
