Using this site means you accept these terms

These website terms of use apply to amanexgroup.com, run by The Amanex Group, LLC (“Amanex”, “we”, “us”). By using the site, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

These terms cover the website only. Any work we do for a client is governed by a separate signed agreement, and that agreement controls if it conflicts with anything here.

The site shares general information, not professional advice

The content on this site, including Insights posts, describes our services and shares general information about operations, hiring, pay, compliance and related topics. It isn’t legal, financial, tax, accounting or HR compliance advice for your situation, and reading it doesn’t make you a client.

We work to keep the content accurate and current, but we don’t promise it’s complete or free of errors. Check with a qualified advisor before acting on it.

Sending us a message or booking a call doesn’t create a client relationship or any confidentiality obligation. Please don’t send confidential information until we’ve signed an agreement.

Who owns what’s on the site

The text, graphics, logos and other content on this site belong to Amanex or the people who licensed them to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. “Amanex” and our logo are our trademarks.

You may view, download and print pages for your own non-commercial use, and share links to them. You may not copy, republish, sell or build on our content without our written permission, apart from short quotes with credit and a link back.

What you agree not to do

• Use the site in a way that breaks the law or harms anyone.
• Try to gain unauthorized access to the site, our systems or our providers’ systems.
• Send malware, spam or content that’s false, abusive or infringes someone else’s rights through our forms.
• Scrape or copy the site in bulk with automated tools, except for standard search engine indexing.

Links and tools from other providers

The site links to other websites and uses tools from providers such as WordPress.com and HubSpot. We don’t control those sites or tools and aren’t responsible for their content or practices. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.

Limits on our responsibility

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don’t promise the site will always be available or free of errors or harmful code.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Amanex won’t be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue or profits, arising from your use of the site. If we are found liable for anything related to the site, our total liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us to use the site (normally nothing) or one hundred US dollars.

You agree to cover any claims, losses or costs (including reasonable legal fees) that arise from your misuse of the site or your breach of these terms.

Governing law

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute about the site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Denver, Colorado.

We may update these terms from time to time. The new version takes effect when we post it here with a new effective date. If any part of these terms can’t be enforced, the rest still applies. Our not enforcing a term isn’t a waiver of it.
