Who we serve
The office you don’t have, built for organizations that run on people
We provide operations support for schools, colleges, nonprofits, care providers, childcare centers and licensed service businesses. We come in, fix the specific problem that’s costing you time and money, and leave it running.
Where we fit
Two kinds of gaps, one kind of help
Every organization we work with runs on frontline people: teachers, aides, caregivers, technicians, counselors. The trouble usually starts in the office behind them. It shows up in one of two ways.
No operations team at all
In a small organization, the owner or director is the hiring desk, the Business Office and the compliance officer, all before lunch. We do the work so they can get back to running the place.
Departments, but no spare capacity
Districts, colleges and larger nonprofits have capable people in every department. What they rarely have is specialized process improvement expertise, or anyone with time to redesign the work while it keeps running. We bring both.
Either way, you get leaner without layoffs.
Sectors
Find your sector
K-12 schools and districts
Public and private. Frontline hiring, pay that has drifted from the market, and budgets that move with enrollment.
Colleges and universities
Fewer applicants, steady costs, and a cost per student that keeps climbing.
Nonprofits
Youth-serving and community organizations doing more with less predictable funding, and reporting on all of it.
Health and care
Home health, behavioral health and care providers where every shift depends on credentials, clearances and staff who stay.
Childcare and early learning
Ratios to hold, clearances to keep current and training hours to track for every teacher.
Licensed service businesses
Trades, cleaning, facilities and landscaping companies with licensed or certified crews and an owner wearing every hat.
The common thread
Hiring, credentials and pay come first
Across every sector above, the same pressure points show up. Hiring is the constraint on growth. Many roles carry credentials that expire, and a lapse becomes a liability. And nobody in-house has the time to fix the process behind it.
That’s why our People Office and Compliance Office lead most engagements. When the bigger questions come (a budget that has to shrink, programs that need to merge), we take those on as Fix projects too.
How we start
Two weeks to see where it breaks
Every engagement starts with Diagnose, about two weeks with your own records, so you see where the work breaks and what it costs in dollars and hours. Then we fix it, and if you want, we stay on as the quality check. Fixed fees, agreed up front.
Tell us what’s breaking.
In 30 minutes we’ll tell you honestly whether we can help, and what a diagnostic would show.
