AI-Native Lean Six Sigma Certification
Lean Six Sigma certification built on your real work
Yellow Belt and Green Belt certification from Amanex, with one-on-one coaching and a real improvement project inside your own organization. Your people finish with a credential and a process that works better.
The program
The classic method, rebuilt for how work happens now
Lean Six Sigma is a set of methods for removing waste and errors from a process. Projects follow five stages called DMAIC: Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control. That structure hasn’t changed in our program.
What has changed is where the time goes. Traditional programs spend much of it producing documents. In ours, AI handles the artifacts, like charters, process maps and charts, so participants spend their time on judgment, analysis and leading change.
How it works
Every participant fixes something real
There are no textbook case studies or made-up scenarios. Each participant picks a process inside their own organization and improves it as part of earning the belt. Your organization gets the improvement; your people get the skill and the credential.
Coaching is one-on-one, with a coach who has led this work inside school districts and nonprofits.
Two levels
Pick the belt that fits the role
Yellow Belt
For team leads, coordinators and individual contributors. 1:1 coaching over 2 to 4 weeks, built around a scoped improvement project. Participants learn to spot and fix operational problems on their own.
Green Belt
For directors, managers and senior leaders. 1:1 coaching over 4 to 8 weeks, built around a full DMAIC project. Participants learn to lead cross-functional improvement and coach others.
Who leads it
Taught by a Master Black Belt who’s run the work
The program is led by Edwine Michel, a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and former Director of Recruitment and Retention in the nation’s 10th-largest school district. Through this training, fifteen members of a large metro Atlanta school district’s HR council earned their Yellow Belts.
Cohorts
Certify a team, not just a person
Organizations often enroll a group, such as a leadership team, a department or a council. Each participant works on their own project, and together the cohort can take on a set of related processes at once.
