Funding Office

Money you’ve earned shouldn’t go unclaimed

The Amanex Funding Office handles grant management for nonprofits, schools and colleges: grants, contracts and bids found, won, managed and reported on. We build a funding process your team can run, from the first search to the last reimbursement.

Sound familiar?

The deadline shows up before anyone has time to write

You hear about a grant two weeks before it’s due. A strong proposal goes out, the award comes in, and then the reporting calendar lives in one person’s head. Reimbursements sit unclaimed because the paperwork never got finished.

Funding work is a process, and like any process it can be fixed. Most organizations treat each proposal as a one-off scramble. We help you run it as a pipeline.

What we fix and run

The full funding cycle, from search to final report

Pipeline

We find grants, contracts and bids that fit your mission and capacity, and keep them on one calendar with clear go or no-go decisions.

Dollars won

Proposals

We organize the work behind a strong application: the narrative, the budget, the data and the letters, with owners and dates for each piece.

Win rate

Award compliance

Once you win, we set up the tracking that keeps spending, documentation and requirements in line with the award terms.

Reporting and reimbursement

A reporting calendar with owners, and a routine for drawing down what you’re owed.

How we’re different

We won’t promise you a win, and we don’t take a cut

No honest firm can guarantee a grant. Funders decide, and they turn down good proposals every cycle. What we can do is make sure you pursue the right opportunities, submit complete and on-time applications, and never lose money you’ve already earned through a missed report.

We charge fixed fees, agreed up front. We don’t charge a percentage of any grant. Your award stays with your mission.

How an engagement runs

See where funding slips, then fix the process

Diagnose (about two weeks). We look at your current pipeline, past applications, open awards and reporting calendar, using your own records. You get a short, plain report showing where money is being missed and a recommended fix.

Fix (4 to 12 weeks). We build the pipeline, set up the calendar, organize the proposals in progress and catch up on reporting and reimbursement. Many clients come to us ahead of a specific grant deadline.

Sustain (optional). Your team gets simple procedures and a short training, or we match you with a vetted grants specialist from our network. We stay on as the quality check with a monthly scorecard.

Who we serve

For organizations that depend on grants and public contracts

The Funding Office works with nonprofits, K-12 schools and districts, colleges and universities, care providers and childcare centers. If public dollars or foundation awards keep your programs running, a steady funding process protects them.

Funding work connects closely to the Compliance Office, which keeps grant files audit-ready, and the Business Office, where clean books make reimbursement faster.

Common questions

Questions about the Funding Office

Do you write grants?

We run the funding process end to end, and proposal development is part of it. We organize the narrative, budget, data and supporting documents, and work with your program leaders, since they know the work best.

Can you guarantee we’ll win?

No. Funders make the final decision, and no honest firm can promise an award. We focus on what you control: choosing the right opportunities, submitting complete applications on time, and managing awards so you keep the money you win.

Do you charge a percentage of the grant?

No. We charge fixed fees, agreed up front, with no hourly meters and no commission on awards. Many funders will also cover our work as capacity building for nonprofits.

We already won the grant. Can you help with reporting?

Yes. Award compliance, reporting and reimbursement are often where the most money is lost. We can set up tracking, catch up on late reports and help you draw down funds you’re owed.

Do you work with public agencies?

Yes. We work with procurement for public agencies, including school districts and colleges, and we understand public bid and contract requirements.
