AI-Native Lean Six Sigma Certification · Green Belt
Green Belt: lead a full improvement project in 4 to 8 weeks
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification for directors, managers and senior leaders. One-on-one coaching through a full DMAIC project inside your organization, from diagnosis through implementation.
Who it’s for
For leaders who own processes that cross teams
Green Belt is built for directors, managers and senior leaders. You own work that crosses departments, where no single team can fix the problem alone and the cost of getting it wrong is high.
You’ll finish able to run complex projects yourself and to coach the people on your team who take them on next.
The skills
The full DMAIC method, with AI at every stage
DMAIC is the five-stage structure behind Lean Six Sigma projects. You’ll work through each stage on your own project:
Define
Frame the problem, the scope and who it affects.
Measure
Set a baseline from your own records.
Analyze
Find the root causes and test them with data.
Improve
Design, pilot and roll out the fix.
Control
Put measures and owners in place so the gains hold.
At each stage, AI produces the artifacts: charters, process maps, charts and summaries. Your time goes to the judgment calls, the analysis and leading people through the change.
The project
A full project that matters to your organization
You’ll choose a process with real cost attached, like a hiring timeline, an intake backlog or a monthly close that runs long. Your coach helps you scope it, then works with you from diagnosis through implementation.
Your organization gets a completed improvement with a baseline and results to show for it.

Common questions
Questions about Green Belt certification
Do I need a Yellow Belt first?
Ask us about your background. Leaders who already run projects or manage complex processes can often start at Green Belt.
How is this different from Yellow Belt?
Yellow Belt covers a scoped project in your own work. Green Belt covers the full DMAIC method on a larger project that crosses teams, and prepares you to coach others.
Can several leaders go through together?
Yes. Organizations often enroll a cohort of leaders. Each person gets one-on-one coaching and leads a project of their own.
Will the project help our organization, or is it just for the certificate?
Both. The project is real work on a real process, so your organization keeps the improvement after the certificate is issued.
Have a process that crosses too many desks?
Tell us about your leaders and we’ll help you plan a Green Belt cohort.
